DR. NURUR RAHMAN
Nurur Rahman has a Ph.D. in Astrophysics, and has worked on various domains of Data Science both in the academia and in the industry. As a data scientist, Dr Rahman provides effective solutions to business problems. He has more than 15 years of experience in data, analytics, and visualization. His problem solving skills and experience include statistics, computer programming, data modeling, text processing, a plethora of data mining techniques. He has authored more than 30 astronomical articles, published a number of white papers specifically written for Human Resource practitioners, and spoke on numerous occasions to technical and general audiences.
Dr Rahman is a leading expert in People Analytics who solves various business problems in the domain of Talent Science. He works on topics such as building employee attrition model, understanding workplace diversity and employee experience of inclusion, corporate brand and image analysis and their roles in attracting the best talents from the job market. While he enjoys working on Talent Science he is also excited about Insurance Analytics where he utilizes his machine learning skills to solve a range of predictive modeling problems in Actuarial Science.
